South Lake Family Practice would like to inform our patients that in light of the current situation with the Coronavirus/ Covid19, we are now accepting patients for face-to-face appointments but with strict social distancing rules. For those not well enough to visit the practice or those at risk of Covid19, we can do a telephone/video consultation.
This measure has been put in place to ensure that the safe delivery of healthcare is maintained at South Lake Family Practice, ensuring the safety of our doctors, staff and patients. We are dedicated to providing a safe and effective healthcare service through this time.

South Lake Family Practice will also provide telehealth consults to patients who are in self-isolation on the advice of a medical practitioner if they have tested positive for COVID-19, or in accordance with home isolation guidance issued by AHPPC.
